The Role
Due to this remarkable growth, they've created a brand-new position: Supply Chain Manager. In this pivotal role, your focus will be straightforward yet impactful:
Unify the Warehouse and Stock departments. Drive improvements across the supply chain.
While these two objectives are clear, the scope of your influence will be extensive. From optimising stock accuracy and supplier pricing to improving warehouse KPIs and team performance, your role will be central to creating synergy across the supply chain.
You'll have the opportunity to identify financial savings, implement strategic changes, and deliver measurable improvements. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers the autonomy to make a real difference and propel the business into its next phase of growth.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A background in the Food industry (preferred). Proven experience managing teams in Warehousing, Stock, and Supply Chain. A proactive, results-driven approach with a track record of driving performance and delivering improvements.
