Opportunity for a Legal PA to join a Top 10 law firm in their Finance team on a 17 Month FTC. The Firm Our client, a Top 10, International law firm are seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to support their Finance team in the City of London on a 17 Month FTC. The Opportunity The successful candidate will have proven strong Legal PA experience and will be able to confidently handle the frequent demands of a fast-paced role, recognising that effective communication with those you support is essential. Duties to include: Managing, controlling and fully understanding the Fee Earners diary Managing travel arrangements Arranging the photocopying, printing, scanning, organising post and couriers Drafting correspondence, engagement letters, documents, agendas, presentations and spreadsheets Efficiently managing own workload and being proactive with the ability to work on own initiative Building good working relationships with colleagues Demonstrates an understanding of the end-to-end billing process and Elite and liaising with billing team, producing the relevant documentation Delegating where necessary administrative tasks to administrative members of the team This Practice Assistant opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm. Requirements

Previous Legal PA/EA experience supporting at Partner level Advanced Microsoft Office skills 70 wpm typing Excellent organisational and administrative skills Vacancy highlights
