What will you be doing? 10 – Bid Marketing Executive Hybrid – Minimum 2 days a week in our Dorking office or a Dorking/Basingstoke hybrid Salary - Circa £30,000 per annum What will you bring? We’re looking for a Bid Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team and help us win new business through supporting the timely coordination of client and intermediary responses, including RFPs (Requests for Proposals), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires), and RFIs (Requests for Information). We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-driven individual with a passion for learning and a natural ability to thrive under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, verify, and refine the necessary information for submissions. Creating strong working relationships with key subject matter experts throughout the organisation to maintain knowledge, facilitate cooperation, and ensure timely responses to all queries. Creating professional marketing pitch presentations and proposals for key intermediary and client opportunities. Contributing to the databank of stock answers, ensuring responses are accurate, up-to-date, and well-written. Managing stakeholders effectively and confidently engaging with the business. Maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges. Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
