Work closely with stakeholders across recruitment branches, on-site teams, and sales to identify and meet their unique marketing needs. Create impactful content, including sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaign assets, to drive business objectives. Design and Content Creation:

Develop visually appealing designs using tools like Canva and Photoshop, such as: Email templates Digital and physical banners Website graphics Internal newsletters Project Management:

Plan, organise, and manage marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure quotes, approvals, and resources. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Administrative Tasks:

Manage invoicing, merchandise orders, gifts, and other items to support marketing campaigns. Handle administrative tasks efficiently to facilitate the smooth execution of marketing activities. Website Management:

Maintain and optimise website content using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace. Ensure website updates are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines. Digital Marketing:

Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, including: Managing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Creating and optimising Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns. Tracking and analysing performance metrics using Google Analytics. Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a marketing role, with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing functions. Strong creative skills with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Confident communicator, adept at working with stakeholders across different levels and functions. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and basic HTML knowledge. Understanding of SEO principles and experience using digital marketing tools. Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills, including managing budgets and invoices. Desirable Skills:

Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and creating engaging newsletters. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Analytics for campaign optimisation and performance tracking. Previous experience in a recruitment or multi-branch organisation, with an understanding of its unique marketing challenges and opportunities.
