Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing solutions via phone, email, or remote access. Commission systems installed by customers and resolve any technical challenges encountered on-site. Collaborate with the sales team to review specifications, conduct site surveys, and prepare accurate quotations. Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, ensuring they understand the solutions provided. Foster strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and technical assistance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical products and industry trends. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a technical support role, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Strong logical thinking, with the ability to act decisively and under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers. Experienced providing outstanding customer service and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Desirable:
