Systems Trainer
to become the go-to expert on their in-house systems, ensuring smooth and successful adoption across the business. What you'll be doing As a Systems Trainer, you'll play a critical role in delivering impactful training sessions, both in-person and remotely, as part of a system transformation initiative. You'll be the subject matter expert, making complex concepts accessible and engaging, while fostering confidence and enthusiasm in your trainees. What you'll bring You'll have a strong background in delivering training through various formats, such as classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and virtual workshops. Your ability to translate technical processes into simple, actionable steps will ensure team members at all levels feel confident using the new systems. Key qualities and skills Organized and Deadline-Driven : You thrive in high-pressure environments and excel at keeping projects on track. Influential and Collaborative : You inspire and lead others, even without formal authority, and enjoy working as part of a team. Adaptable Problem-Solver : You're quick to adapt to change and always ready with a solution to any challenge. Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools. Change Management Expertise : Skilled in driving engagement, communication, and cultural transformation. Strong Communicator : Excellent at connecting with stakeholders and simplifying complex topics. Documentation Pro : Experienced in creating user-friendly guides and process manuals.
