The Central Administration Team is at the heart of Colt DCS, playing a crucial role in delivering seamless operational support to every facet of our company. With a focus on efficient coordination and execution of administrative tasks, this team is pivotal in streamlining processes and providing comprehensive assistance, predominantly to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). By doing so, they contribute significantly to enhancing the overall effectiveness and productivity of the company. This role will be based at our Shoreditch HQ. We operate a flexible working pattern, which typically consists of 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home. There will need to be flexibility around days coming into the office so this can align with supporting our company All Hands events, external client meetings and other ad-hoc events/meetings as required. There will also be the requirement for some international travel for board meetings 1-2 times per year. Tasks and Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency : Organise and coordinate travel arrangements. Manage purchase orders (POs). Proactively address supplier-related matters. Event Support : Assist in planning and executing events. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders. C-Suite Support : Attend board meetings. Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations. Take meeting minutes and distribute agendas. Documentation and Communication : Create letters, emails, and other communication materials. Ensure accuracy and adherence to organisational standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central point of contact for different functions. Collaborate to meet administrative needs. Role Specific Requirements

Experience in a corporate administrative role is essential. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language is essential (French, German or Japanese is advantageous). High level of attention to detail. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and resourcefully. Previous experience in the Data Centre Industry is preferable, but not essential. Skills
