Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Remote)

In this role, you will be accountable for procuring regional and global products and services, including—but not limited to—drafting RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement-related documentation necessary for sourcing, contract negotiations, and maximizing and leveraging BCD Travel's sourcing and purchasing power.
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, you will
Work directly with legal, data privacy & security departments, supporting all mandates regarding contract compliance, NDA's, timelines, and other factors as required Negotiate contracts with preferred suppliers (global, regional, country) Establish SLAs based on BCD stakeholder requirements and industry best practices Work closely with business owners to learn needs and identify requirements Measure and track ROI by engagement, providing detailed calculations to the Director, Global Strategic Sourcing Manage global project list and ensure all assigned projects are complete and updated frequently Utilize the most efficient sourcing strategy to satisfy requests based on the scope of work required, the materiality of the project, and other pertinent business factors About you
Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management Prior experience working on technology, telecommunications, and other types of sourcing engagements Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in Dutch and English Experience managing cross-functional work teams CPM or CPSM certificate and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred About us
