De Warenne Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy in February 2025 on a part time, permanent basis. Your new role Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will coordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning. Salary: Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£28,624 to £31,067 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £9,442.66. Your new school Our aim is for all our students to learn in a positive, safe and supportive environment where academic achievement is celebrated and effort and attitude to learning is rewarded. Since our OFSTED inspection in October 2021, which deemed De Warenne a ‘Good’ school in all areas, GCSE results have shown a continuous improvement year on year. The class of 2023 left our Academy with fantastic results, making the most progress in the history of De Warenne and having made more progress than any other secondary school in Doncaster. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum, with academic, vocational and technical subjects offered to all our students and we deliver a rich and varied personal development curriculum.
