The Company:

ER Recruitment is excited to be working with our client, a reputable and growing creative agency based in South Leicester.

They are looking to grow the business with a Project Coordinator to support their sales team. The successful candidate will bring outstanding relationship-building skills both internally and externally, and have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in this energetic and exciting business!

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

Support on a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on agreed areas or clients. Create great relationships with clients, tuning into their marketing needs and pitching great ideas. Take briefs directly from the client. Plan and schedule design and production work and ensure delivery on time. Ensure project deadlines and budgets are adhered to, seeking approval for any variations. Manage client expectations through effective communication, efficient problem solving and responding to requests accordingly. Accurately create quotes, proposals and manage jobs and projects through to completion. Updating systems and maintaining up to date client account information - e.g. Purchase Orders, job folders, work logs and assignment and completion of tasks (to include time sheets added). Work with the creative and production team to innovate and deliver stand out solutions for clients. Support the broader sales team with administrative tasks and reporting e.g. keep accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps.

About You as the Project Coordinator:

Have experience of design and print processes and the delivery of these services in an agency setting or as part of a marketing team. Be able to process orders accurately. Be organised and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects whilst maintaining great communication with team and clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong IT Skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
