Applications Support Analyst

to join their growing IT function. Our client has key values and supports their employees in terms of success, innovation, and working collaboratively as a team. Within the role you will: Support a wide portfolio of applications. Support the implementation and delivery of new IT applications and minor changes/enhancements to existing IT systems in a specific systems development domain (Microsoft Technologies). Support transformation and replacement of legacy applications to modern development platforms – in line with the Digital Transformation Strategy. Support for data migration, data integration, and data validation. Development and support of systems integration solutions. BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject(s) and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience of supporting Microsoft platforms and applications. Good Knowledge of MS-Access, MS-SharePoint, MS-SQL, Power BI (or comparable BI or Reporting Tools). Experience working with third-party IT service providers. Good communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience in supporting (or implementing) a major business application (e.g. ERP, CRM, LIMS, EMS, EAMS) – either Cloud or on-prem (3+ Years 2nd Line / 3rd Line). Experience in supporting (or implementing) MS SharePoint and associated technologies (Power Apps, Power Forms, Power Automate) (3+ Years 2nd Line / 3rd Line). DBA Experience with MS SQL Server (3+ Years 2nd Line / 3rd Line). Business Intelligence and Reporting: Developing and supporting BI environments and reporting solutions (3+ Years 2nd Line / 3rd Line or core development).
