Join our team and you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data workflows to drive insights and decision-making in marketing and business operations. Working in the Marketing Data Engineering department, you will develop scalable data pipelines, enhance data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities Design, create, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to support our data landscape. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare datasets for decision-making, focusing on data modeling, migration, and optimization. Proactively assess and ensure data quality by leveraging modern tools and techniques. Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and metadata for accessible datasets. Work with APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta) to integrate marketing data into our pipelines. Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Microsoft SQL, AWS Redshift, or PostgreSQL). Strong Python skills, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, PySpark). Solid understanding of data modeling and modern data environments like data warehouses or data lakes (dbt skills are ideal). Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Dagster) and cloud platforms like AWS. Data-driven mindset with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
