CNC Mill Programmer/Setter/Operator Location:
Worcester 39-hour work week with the possibility of overtime (paid at 1.5 times the base rate) Four weeks of fully paid sick leave, two weeks of half pay Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their team. Experience with Hurco machines and WinMax is advantageous, but not essential, as training can be provided. Key Responsibilities: Program, set, and operate CNC mills independently Collaborate effectively with the team Ensure high-quality production standards Requirements: Proven experience with CNC programming, setting and operating milling machines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Advantageous skills & experience:
