6-month initial term The Contract: We are recruiting an Application Support Analyst for an iconic UK brand, to provide 2nd line support on various business applications, including the company's finance / accounting system and ERP. Therefore, please only apply if you have experience supporting similar applications. We do not require a finance specialist, however you must be able to communicate effectively with finance teams to diagnose and support accounting systems related issues. This multi-£bn turnover business are going through a huge period of transformation, therefore there is the potential scope to continue this contract further than the initial 6 months. We are looking for: Demonstrable experience supporting Finance/ERP systems, with an understanding of basic accounting processes. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing a quality service. Able to commute to North Leicester a minimum of 4 days per week. Work with 3rd party specialists to resolve complex issues. This a very urgent requirement which we are looking to recruit in the coming days, please express an interest ASAP.
