Senior Platform Engineer - Azure, ARM, Kubernetes - Hybrid - Manchester
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business who have pivoted very successfully into a SaaS provider, in the online gaming area. Working with the biggest clients across both the UK and USA they are continuing expansion and development of new software products. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in their Manchester office.
Joining the existing platform engineering team, you'll be working alongside a mix of junior and mid level engineer's being one of two senior engineer's within the team. This role is requiring someone very well versed in Azure utilising almost all of their services for infrastructure, CI/CD and containerisation.
Responsibilities: Implementing new and developing already existing CI/CD pipelines Maintaining and scaling the current Azure infrastructure Collaborate with the Software Engineering, QA and Product teams Mentoring more junior members of the team Being involved in the future platform strategy for the business Implementing a further DevOps culture as well as ways of working Continuously improve the deployment and release cycles Requirements: Strong Azure Cloud CI/CD Pipelines with Azure DevOps IaC using ARM Templates Kubernetes (AKS) Prometheus or Grafana for monitoring Ansible Scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Java) If you're interested please get in touch ASAP!
