£75,000+ Hybrid working options (office and home-based) Access to a healthcare scheme Flexibility for part-time or tailored working arrangements Your Responsibilities: Handle a varied private client caseload, including: Complex estate administration involving agricultural and business elements Wills, trusts and deeds of appointment and variation Take on managerial duties, including leading a division within the Private Client department and managing a branch office Mentor, supervise and coach junior team members and trainees if desired Play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reputation for excellence in private client services Engage with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals (experience in this area is helpful but not essential) What You’ll Bring: Qualification as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with
4+ years of experience Experience in handling agricultural, business or high-value estates is advantageous but not mandatory STEP membership is desirable but not essential A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a passion for leadership Additional Details: Full-time position preferred, but part-time or flexible arrangements can be considered Informal chats or initial video meetings can be arranged to explore mutual interest before formal applications What’s Next?
