We are seeking a
Senior Flat Roofing Estimator
to join a successful team. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers flexibility for some remote work; however, the role will be primarily based in Sawston.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates by working closely with clients and our internal team to assess project requirements, evaluate costs, and prepare detailed estimates.
Key criteria for the role include:
A minimum of 5 years' prior experience as a roofing estimator or in a similar role Experience pricing jobs up to £5m+ Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems, materials, and manufacturers Proficiency in estimating software Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organisation and time management skills A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites Knowledge of other roofing disciplines would be advantageous but is not essential. We offer a competitive, negotiable package for the right candidate with salary based on experience.
