Deliver Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations. Conduct thorough design risk assessments and hazard elimination strategies. Provide expert CDM advice and guidance to clients, contractors, and design teams. Attend site inspections and audits to monitor compliance and safety standards. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification. Professional accreditation from APS (AaPS, IMaPS, or CMaPS). CertIOSH, or working towards it, is highly desirable. 5+ years’ experience as a Principal Designer or similar role in construction.
