Site Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take responsibility for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring exceptional standards of quality control and workmanship on-site. Overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance. Managing resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring construction programs meet deadlines. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with tradespeople, project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders. Overseeing and coordinating subcontractor works. Measuring, ordering, and managing materials efficiently. Interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving issues promptly. Driving innovation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Be responsible for the overall management and delivery of projects. Plan and drive projects forward by creating and implementing construction programs. Ensure all work complies with building regulations and company standards. Lead the team by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and providing hands-on support when needed. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Qualifications and Experience: We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate the following: Proven experience as a Site Manager (minimum of 5 years) in the construction industry, preferably in residential projects. Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of residential construction, including setting out for civil works. Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational skills. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid). Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Why Join Us?
