Person Specification Education and Qualifications Essential Graduate Diploma in Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or appropriate professional institute or relevant experience. Or working towards MCIPS Level 4. Evidence of Continuous professional development (CPD) Desirable Relevant masters degree or equivalent experience A levels equivalent qualification or significant in-depth experience Experience Essential Procurement experience in contract law and procurement legislation Desirable NHS experience within procurement The ability to create large complex collaborative contracts Accomplished at using the full range of available software packages, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access Experience in procurement to drive value for money from contracts.
