I am currently looking for an IT Support Manager for an Ipswich-based client. This role combines service desk management, infrastructure management, and team management. Although there will be a small number of direct reports initially, you will be tasked with increasing the team size over the coming 12 months. The role is very much hands-on with 3rd line responsibilities. In addition to BAU work, there are numerous exciting projects to manage, including a complete IT estate build for a new location, implementation of a new recruitment system, and more. You will be responsible for sourcing and researching technologies and suitable systems. Key Responsibilities:

Manage service desk operations and infrastructure. Oversee team management and growth. Lead exciting IT projects. Source and research appropriate technologies and systems. Minimum Requirements:

Awareness of IT operating standards and frameworks focused on cyber security standards and practices (e.g., Cyber Essentials/Plus, ISO27001). Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, ideally supported with relevant certifications.
