Full-time Clinical Negligence roles don't come much better or more exciting from a career progression point of view than this! Our client has one of the UK's leading Clinical Negligence practices, with a large expert team and often heavily involved in groundbreaking new cases and developments in this area of law. Due to ever-increasing levels of work coming in to the team across the firm's UK offices, they now have this new opportunity for another senior candidate to join the team in the firm's Surrey office. Responsibilities: Handle a challenging caseload of high value Clinical Negligence work including significant cases. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and letters of response. Liaise with clients and opposing sides regularly. Conduct face-to-face negotiations and mediation of claims. Prepare schedules of damages in high value matters. You will ideally have at least six years strong, relevant experience, but your drive and passion to develop your career in this area is the key thing at this stage in your career and with the experience and insights you have to date.
