£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Mileage + Progression + Further Training & Development + Benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding main contractor that specialises in construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects. You will be joining a forward-thinking business that is going through a period of high growth. Are you a Project Manager with experience in delivering commercial projects? They cover construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects for public and private sector clients. Due to their growing order book, they are looking to bring a Project Manager into the business to primarily work on MOD and MOJ contracts & help support the next growth phase. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the project life cycle from start to finish, including preconstruction meetings, scheduling, managing budgets, monitoring, resource management, client liaison, and internal reporting. This role will be split between office and site for the probationary period, with the opportunity to work from home once you're fully settled in the role & company. The Role: Manage and oversee the entire project life cycle from cradle to grave Scheduling, managing budgets, monitoring, resource management, client liaison, and internal reporting.
