Our Client
We are working with a large, international business seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to start ASAP. This will initially be a temporary role with a high chance of going permanent after a couple of months.
Key Responsibilities
High volume ER cases per month Building credible relationships with relevant teams in the UK HR team Provide advice on HR policies and ER issues Compliance with UK employment law, managing complex ER cases Assist with Employment Tribunal cases, reducing claim risk Design and implement ER training programmes Experience Needed
CIPD level 5 or above Experience working on high volume ER cases each month Previous experience leading on redundancy cases, restructuring etc Must be available to start ASAP DBS clearance - is essential to begin this role remotely For The Candidate
Fully remote role - every 3 months you will be expected to go into the London office, travel will be expensed High chance of temp to perm Initially a day rate contract of around £200 per day, then will go on a FTE salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
