The practice is seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their theatre team, ideally someone with a passion for theatre nursing and a desire to lead by example. In this role, you will work closely with the senior nursing team to implement and refine procedures that ensure an efficient and excellent patient journey. You will support a wide variety of tasks, including surgery preparation, patient care, and maintaining high standards of safety and comfort for both patients and staff. Responsibilities include: Leading and supporting the theatre team in delivering high-quality care. Ensuring the smooth running of all theatre activities and maintaining best practices. Overseeing the implementation of patient safety protocols and encouraging continuous improvements. Supporting CPD development for theatre staff to ensure they reach their full potential. Engaging with audits and ensuring the theatre operates in line with best practices. Working Pattern

Full-time position with a set number of hours per week, with flexibility around weekend shifts. The role may require you to work occasional weekend shifts, with a day off in lieu. The position is primarily based at the main site, with potential for occasional work across other locations. Salary & Benefits

Salary : Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Holiday : 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday leave.
