Our client, a large acute NHS trust near Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a full-time locum pharmacist with hospital experience to join their team as soon as possible (February 2025 start). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to work in a ward-based setting, providing essential clinical pharmacy support across medical and surgical wards.

The position involves direct interaction with patients and healthcare teams on the wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications, patient counselling, and clinical input on treatment plans. Pay Rate:
£33 - £47 per hour (via Umbrella) Contract Length:
Up to 6 months! The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in a ward-based setting, and be confident in supporting multidisciplinary teams across medical and surgical wards.
