The successful candidate will supervise and mentor their team, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and adherence to best practices. Responsibilities include: Overseeing rota management, holiday scheduling, sickness, and performance appraisals for the team. Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control, in line with regulatory requirements. Facilitating regular team meetings and training sessions to promote collaboration and professional development. Managing inventory and stock control processes, liaising with suppliers as necessary to ensure adequate supplies. Implementing and monitoring improvements in working practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
