A Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in main contracting or experience within a housing association in residential design and build. In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts. Understanding of both internal and external cash flow management. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, as you will play a key role in training and developing junior assistants. Key Responsibilities:
Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial targets are met. Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JCT standards. Oversee procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and solutions to drive project success.
