The Company: Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established PR Agency based in London. The working environment is collaborative and full of dynamic, ambitious people. The business has been going for over 15 years and has an excellent foundation in place from a finance perspective, a series of well-renowned clients, and fantastic growth forecasts. They are looking for an experienced CFO who has a keen interest in growing SMEs, has a hands-on attitude, experience in professional services, and someone who can act as a trusted business partner. The company has a headcount of 80 people and is embarking on a rapid trajectory of growth following the acquisition of more talent. The agency is looking to grow over the next 2-4 years and will then look to sell. The Role: Producing monthly and year-end reports as well as oversight of management accounts. Commercial support, strategic analysis, and decision support to the CEO and board. Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll. Managing the active pipeline for international entities. Managing the P&L and balance sheet. Managing a team of 3 direct reports. Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilization. Implementing a robust financial infrastructure. Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions/sale.
