Transition Director

role with extensive experience in managing highly complex digital transformations and other aspects, from technical, vendor and budget perspectives. We are supporting a global organisation on a multi-million-dollar, complex, multi-layered transformation. You will be joining our delivery management team (managing a team of four to six Transition Managers) embarking on the ambitious programme, working closely with peers, strategic business stakeholders and hybrid teams to realise the execution of the transition. This is a challenging and high-profile delivery role, requiring someone with deep experience of transformation projects. The individual must be dynamic and demonstrate the softer skills to The Opportunity : Managing the transition and onboarding of a 300+ member team cut across different service lines/capabilities into on/near/offshore People Management - a team of 4-6 direct reports (Transition Managers) Responsible for due diligence and creating/executing the end-to-end transition and knowledge management plan. Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate multiple programmes simultaneously whilst ensuring global alignment of priorities Managing domain, technology, and process transition Responsible for OCM activities Working with multiple practice heads to make sure the best practices are brought into the transition Well versed in transitioning programmes/services using both Scaled Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive transformation What you need: Purpose led, value driven leader with a track record of delivery transition with 10+ years’ experience in a global services environment Able to deliver on multiple priorities and take ownership for diverse workstreams ensuring smooth transition and setting up consistent high-quality delivery Experience of managing highly complex digital transformation programmes Ability to driving the transition in process engineering lead approach is mandatory. Experience working in a heavily offshored model Transition experience of Infrastructure/Enterprise Applications/Platforms Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate effectively to generate positive outcomes.
