Key Responsibilities: Revit model contents creation including complex Revit families Revit model clean-ups and audits Model issues to various extranets Promoting the best use of software and BIM standards Setting up central files and coordinates for projects Data input into BIM models including Uniclass and Cobie Providing BIM training Office Revit support Model analysis and data exports
Skills & Experience: Excellent Revit skills including family creation and coordinates setup Architectural design experience – minimum 4 years working in an architectural practice and using Revit on large-scale projects Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and consultants Attention to detail Critical thinker and problem solver An interest and enthusiasm for making and construction Ability to work as part of a team but also with self-direction and initiative Excellent time management skills - ability to work to programme and deadlines is essential Excellent written, organisational, and interpersonal skills
