We are seeking a highly organised and motivated small Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our goods in goods out warehouse facility and manage the returns process. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, staff supervision and handling customer returns. Applicants without previous experience will be considered. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, optimising storage, and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and manage the stocking process to ensure product availability. Customer Returns Management:

Manage the end-to-end process for customer returns, including inspection, restocking and processing return credits. Ensure returns are handled efficiently and customer issues are resolved promptly. Customer Service:

Work closely with customer service teams to ensure customer returns are processed according to company policies and customer expectations are met. Return Quality Control:

Assess returned items to determine their condition and process them appropriately for resale, recycling, or disposal. Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a small team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and ensuring performance standards are met. Logistics Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or other company locations. Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and the warehouse complies with relevant health and safety regulations. Space Optimisation:

Manage warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and minimize damage to products. Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the proper usage of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving systems. Problem Solving:

Address any issues related to inventory discrepancies, operational delays, or staff performance in a timely manner. Reporting:

Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and staff performance to senior management. Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a small-scale environment. Good understanding of the importance of inventory control and warehouse operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items, operate warehouse equipment, and work in a physically demanding environment. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management. Work Environment: Small warehouse setting with varying temperatures and physical demands. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime if needed. To Apply:
