This role requires both technical proficiency and leadership capabilities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to build and implement new air conditioning solutions tailored to client needs. Provide training and guidance to junior staff on best practices for equipment maintenance and repair. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future work.

Strong mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and components. Proficiency in maintaining and repairing various types of air conditioning equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in building custom solutions based on client specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the engineering team.

The majority of their work is in and around Oxfordshire, though they do have a few customers in the London area.

They offer a great team working atmosphere, a van, fuel cards, uniform, PPE, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing by a day a year up to 26 days, auto enrolment into pension, and training courses with Daikin and Mitsubishi. Paid door to door.
