Social housing contractor in the Barnsley area is currently looking for an experienced repairs supervisor with social housing experience. You will oversee a team of 20 trades staff who typically complete 300-400 jobs in occupied properties per week.
Responsibilities: Work alongside the planners to ensure smooth organisation of works. Oversee the direct labour team and subcontractors. Ensure quality of service and that works are undertaken to the required standard. Ensure health and safety processes are adhered to. Interact with the Contract Manager & project team ensuring satisfaction of service is achieved. Liaising with tenants and clients to resolve any queries. Minimum Requirements: Blue CSCS or above.
