Copello are looking for an experienced
IV&V Systems Engineer
to join a dynamic team within the Defence sector who are delivering on current gen and next-gen programmes. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects, ensuring the successful integration, verification, and validation of complex systems to meet operational requirements. Location:
The role requires travel to different sites on a regular basis with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 times per week. Office locations are Cumbria, Bristol, Surrey and Weymouth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute IV&V activities across the full systems engineering lifecycle. Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve system-level issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Provide technical expertise in systems integration, verification, and validation processes. Requirements: Proven experience in IV&V within the Defence or Aerospace sectors. Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management. Familiarity with industry standards DOORS is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
