Platform and Infrastructure Support Analyst Salary:
30K annual salary (FTC), Inside IR35 Location:
Lambeth Job Purpose: Support the maintenance and configuration of technology platforms and infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient, and continuous business operations. Work to resolve incidents, monitor infrastructure performance, and collaborate with service providers to meet security and service level requirements. Assist with cloud management and platform administration. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate to meet security, operational, and performance targets. Maintain knowledge of vendor technology roadmaps and industry trends. Resolve incidents and problems, minimizing business disruption. Monitor platforms using operational tools to prevent technical failures. Build and implement secure platforms and applications. Manage change requests and provide technical guidance. Administer Active Directory and ensure secure user access. Occasionally work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends. Mentor apprentices and supervise third-party staff. Qualifications and Experience: Microsoft Certified 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, or DevOps Engineer. Experience in platform and infrastructure services.
