hourly paid basis , teaching and assessing horticulture-related subjects up to
Level 3 .
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and assess a wide range of learners in
horticultural subjects
up to Level 3. Plan engaging lessons and deliver
best teaching practices
to provide students with an exceptional learning experience. Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed. Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential. What We're Looking For:
A
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
in Horticulture. Up-to-date industry experience
in horticulture. A passion for engaging and inspiring learners with creativity and innovation. Strong teaching and assessment skills (teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential). Pay & Benefits:
Hourly pay:
