6 Months Duties & Responsibilities
Provide a quality service to the residents and ensure individual requests are dealt with efficiently and timely. Assist with the security of residents and the building at all times. Ensure all requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department are handled professionally. Accept and issue resident’s parcels. Meet and greet all residents, guests, and clients. Ensure smooth running of communication systems within the estate. Ensure only authorized persons have access to restricted areas. Issue visitor parking permits and explain onsite parking procedures. Aid security by communicating concerning matters to them. Liaise with cleaning staff regarding rubbish removal. Report security and health & safety issues correctly. Safeguard security keys on behalf of residents and the estate. Issue keys only to authorized personnel/residents. Cross-train with other resort departments. Respond to resident enquiries via the b. Life system. Receipt & issue residents’ dry cleaning/laundry. Conduct apartment & estate key audits during the night shift. Proactively address maintenance and cleaning problems. Maintain a safe environment for all estate occupants. Securely handle personal data and comply with GDPR. Report accidents and record them in the accident book. Manage lobby lights as per schedule. Handle high-pressure situations and complex issues calmly. Conduct monthly stock checks of first-aid and concierge supplies. Assist residents in a friendly and efficient manner. Build rapport with residents. Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Polite and confident with a great deal of patience. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
