Build and nurture a portfolio of distributor accounts, setting clear goals to drive company growth. Biosecurity Expertise:

Offer technical advice on hygiene and biosecurity, aiding distributors and end-users through training and site visits to enhance animal health and profitability. Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in the poultry and swine sectors to boost product sales. Travel:

Engage in frequent nationwide travel, including overnight stays and occasional international travel for industry exhibitions. Collaboration:

Partner with internal marketing, technical, and sales teams to explore new market sectors and product innovations based on feedback. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: Strong understanding of hygiene and biosecurity in poultry and/or swine sectors is essential. Experience with hygiene and disinfection chemical manufacturers is advantageous but not mandatory. Proven track record in a national or regional Sales Manager role within the B2B sector, preferably in agriculture. Excellent spoken and written English skills; comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers, from farmers to corporate management. GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics; further education is a plus. Good IT skills, including One Drive, Office 365, and social media; knowledge of sales analysis tools like PowerBI is a bonus. Valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points. Any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to operate in agricultural areas must be declared before the interview.
