Your Role as Sales Director

As the Sales Director, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets. You'll spearhead our business development efforts, nurture key client relationships, and oversee the overall performance of the sales team, through leading by example.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth:

Define and implement a sales strategy to grow our market share across industrial, driving, and additional key sectors. Leadership:

Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve their targets. Client Acquisition:

Engage with decision-makers to secure new business opportunities, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. Business Development:

Generate leads, create proposals, and collaborate with our marketing team to deliver impactful client presentations. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue. Performance Monitoring:

Analyse sales data, report on KPIs, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the senior leadership team. Brand Advocacy:

Represent Pin Point Recruitment at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's profile.

Experience and Qualifications Proven Track Record:

Demonstrable success in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the recruitment sector. Recruitment Expertise:

A deep understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics. Leadership Skills:

Experience in managing and motivating sales teams to deliver exceptional results. Business Acumen:

Strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and deliver tailored solutions for clients. Strategic Thinker:
