The Business Development Executive will be pivotal in driving growth by managing a long sales lifecycle and cultivating meaningful relationships with clients. The role is office-based, with potential flexibility for the right candidate with hours that are worked. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, securing appointments, and contributing to the continued success of the business.
Business Development Executive Salary & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum. Generous uncapped commission structure, offering 2% of the profit made on projects, with realistic OTEs of £10,000-£20,000. 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Statutory Pension contribution. Working Hours - Mon - Fri 8am to 4.30pm (can be flexible with this).
