We are looking for an Operations Site Manager to join our client on an initial 6 month FTC, with the possibility of extension. This role is based permanently at their site in Wethersfield. Our client is an independent organisation that provides accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and local government as well as the charitable sector. As the Operations Site Manager, you will be responsible for staff and service user management, with full delegated responsibility for the wellbeing of service users and the infrastructure of the site. You will be the first point of contact with staff and sub-contractors and have full responsibility to manage them, ensuring that the client's interests and the requirements of the Home Office are met in a timely, commercially conscious, and compliant manner. The suitable candidate must have experience in people and site management. This role requires leadership that encompasses oversight throughout the working week and silent hours, including nights and weekends. Hours of work: 44 per week, working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. A 5-week shift pattern will cover 7 days a week, with shifts agreed in advance. The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. Benefits
