This is a new role supporting our Integrated Reablement Service to deliver essential care and support to individuals in their own homes across Surrey. We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Resource Manager to oversee the business-related functions within our Integrated Reablement Service. This role involves effective analysis, planning, implementation, and monitoring of finance and resource requirements to ensure optimal service delivery and value for money. You will be the line manager of a small team of staff and be accountable to the Head of Integrated Reablement Services. The team are currently based in Leatherhead and will move to a new location soon. Further information regarding the working pattern can be discussed at interview. Strong analytical and planning skills, ability to write and present management information. Experience of procurement of services and effective contract management skills. Willingness and ability to travel within the county. Highly organised, with the ability to work on own initiative and respond effectively to many conflicting priorities.
