Softlines (Fashion & Home Partners) division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in campaign management and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a strong return on investment (ROI) through effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with key retail partners. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week. Responsibilities: Develop and execute long-term and fiscal year marketing strategies. Manage day-to-day marketing relationships with key accounts and provide support to commercial teams. Leverage trends and consumer insights to shape effective and innovative marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with franchise, commercial, and global strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular account strategy and campaign updates. Experience Required: Background in fashion, footwear, accessories, or retail marketing desirable. Proven experience in commercially oriented product marketing within consumer products and/or retail marketing with a strong interest in fashion, culture and trends. Strong understanding of digital/social marketing. Proven experience in planning, executing, and evaluating innovative marketing campaigns. Excellent approach to problem-solving, innovation and collaboration with a self-starter attitude.
