This is a newly created position due to growth within the business, and this opportunity would suit someone who has experience within dispute resolution, or a legal background. Being able to put together a well-written letter is key for this position, so strong written English skills are a must.
Salary:
£35,000 Hybrid working:
after training
Some of the duties will include:
Adjudicate on disputes between members, landlords and tenants Consider all of the evidence available with a view to making a reasonable decision Upload a copy of the decision document Handle a set number of cases Proactively support and advise case assessors in their assessment of a dispute Assist with processing adjudication payments and administration Act as a source of knowledge on technical issues regarding disputes where required Work independently and undertake research for writing case studies The suitable candidate:
Previous experience within a legal or ADR environment Strong analytical skills A high level of written English Strong communication skills on all levels The ability to work independently Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines Great problem-solving skills Looking for the next step in your career?
