As a Senior Events Executive in the Growth Team at Hakim Group, you will inspire and lead the planning and execution of events that embody the brand’s vision and tone of voice. Your pivotal role will drive engagement through innovative event concepts and exceptional delivery. Embrace the power of strong communication, creativity, and effective collaboration in a dynamic team environment. Events at Hakim Group can be anything from store-level brand events to celebratory award ceremonies for 2000+ delegates. This role offers hybrid working and will occasionally require travel and weekend work. Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead on all Hakim Group brand events, ensuring delivery of all marketing assets and touchpoints in line with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the in-house Creative Team to brief and deliver creative concepts on time. Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to coordinate event requirements, including presentation decks, internal and external communications, and promotional materials. Provide post-event reporting and analysis, including attendee feedback, budget reconciliation, and key learnings. Support the onboarding process for new businesses joining the group, ensuring marketing and event requirements are planned and delivered. Collaborate with Practice Partners and the Marketing Communications Team to deliver local event strategies. Create and implement innovative event concepts that reflect the Hakim Group's brand and enhance attendee experience. Support practices in delivering community-focused events to raise awareness and engagement. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an experienced events planner, ideally with a background in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will thrive in concept development and execution, possess a passion for events, marketing, and communication, and enjoy working with people. Strong project management experience is essential, along with previous experience managing event budgets. Additionally, you should have leadership skills to effectively coordinate timelines, collaborate with other teams, and manage supplier relationships. What's Next?
