Customer Service Support Advisor - Banbury Our client is the UK's largest manufacturer in their field, offering innovative, eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry. Due to their busy and expanding workload, they are seeking an additional Customer Service Support Advisor to support their team. The Customer Service Support Advisor will be responsible for responding to customer queries, building relationships with customers, and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be used to working within a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service Estimating materials required to complete jobs Organising and sending out samples for customers Generating quotations and processing orders for new and existing customers Updating the company's administrative online system (CRM) Enquiry follow up via phone and email Candidate Requirements:

Be motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and in writing Be a well-organised team player Be able to work under pressure Be able to build relationships with customers Be experienced working within a high-paced office environment Have a good level of Excel skills Package on Offer:

Basic salary of £22K plus a monthly bonus of up to £600 based on KPIs (not sales-related, so very achievable) plus an additional annual company bonus (OTE £29k - £32K) 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension Regular company social events Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2.30pm on Friday (35 hours) Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
