The role would require advocacy in person on an irregular basis, but aside from this it would be a fully remote position and has a strong likelihood of being extended.
The ideal candidate will: Have at least 3 years PQE Have previous experience with S21As and S16s Have prior experience undertaking own non-contested hearings Be able to handle court of protection matters autonomously Have two employment references available upon request.
