Added 22nd January 2025 We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Business Systems and Change Delivery Manager who will oversee the implementation, integration, and optimisation of business systems and processes through direct line management of the Product Management team, the Projects and PMO team, and the Salesforce CRM platform team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Product Management team, Projects and PMO team, and Salesforce CRM platform team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Define and agree on product strategies and roadmaps for all digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the delivery of these roadmaps through robust governance, ensuring defined business outcomes are achieved. Collaborate with business teams to understand goals, define measurable strategic objectives, and develop innovative solutions that address customer and business needs. Minimum Requirements At least 3 years of experience in business systems management, project management, or change management leadership roles. Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and software development lifecycle.
