CRM Delivery Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We’ve been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014. We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract, to support us in the delivery of a major CRM migration programme. What you’ll bring to the table: Project management and delivery skills and the ability to quickly identify the milestones, deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities that ensure the project is delivered on track to time. Previous experience working on the delivery of a core CRM platform. Experience of managing projects/programmes to successful outcomes, leading teams, planning, problem solving, progress monitoring, managing risk, and budget or resource responsibility. Ability to effectively deal with a variety of stakeholders and navigate ambiguous, changeable, complex environments in order to achieve desired outcomes. Experience working in a customer facing (either internal or external) environment so that you understand the dynamics of supplier-client relationships. Why join AND Digital?
